Our competitive fees are much lower than industry average . For all HR services including recruitment we can tailor make a package to suit the needs of your business. As an example, our clients currently enjoy fee structures covering project rates, monthly flat rates for on-going engagement, hourly rates, fees calculated as a % of the annual base for recruitment. What ever your business needs, we can find a flexible solution for you.
When we calculate a recruitment fee based on a % of base salary, please note our interpretation of “What the base salary is” is very clear. It is ONLY the base salary and does not include the value of any additional benefits the employer may offer the candidate (such as a vehicle, phone, bonuses, commissions etc). To simplify, we don’t charge for benefits.
In short, these are two of our points of difference in our industry –

When you pay our fees
Our fees can be contingency based, in other words the client can pay the agreed cost effective fee after the service is provided. Therefore if we don’t succeed, we don’t get paid. What sets us apart however is when you pay that fee. It’s another one of our clear points of difference
When we successfully complete an employment service and the invoice is generated for our agreed competitive fee, our clients will have selected from many different payment options to best suit their business needs. For example they can elect to pay upfront or split the payment over the duration of our comprehensive process, or pay over a period of time like a lay-by, or even at the end of our guarantee period. SOUND GOOD? We think so! Flexibility and transparency are key to our success. All HR services are provided with full flexibility to best suit your business needs.

Our consultants will take the time to go through these with you and ensure you understand them. Our agreements are very easy to read, concise and written in plain english. We do exactly what we say we are going to do and we guarantee you will only ever be charged for what you have knowingly agreed to and signed for.
Some points of difference within our terms of trade are as follows –
• For recruitment we advertise on 10 separate advertising platforms however you only pay for advertising on 1 of these platforms.
• For all employment services we offer our clients the opportunity to select suitable payment terms to meet the needs of their business meaning they receive flexibility, cost effective solutions, our commitment to support their business financially (cash flow) and no compromise on quality, ever!
Our Guarantee
We pride ourselves on being easy to do business with and as we mentioned earlier on this page, we offer our clients a transparent financial commitment to supporting their business.
To confirm how we do this – We put skin in the game when we work with you, or it can be considered we leave money on the table till the end of our process.
